This also has the HDMI-port and looks like an comfortable 4 row keyboard. The creator included as well the stylus port right here plus a zoom lens include slip to the camera.

The modified 2012 model shown off at Mobile World Congress 2011 will come operating Android v2.3, features a 4-inch display, and will come rocking a more powerful 15 lumens projector. The greatest function of the cell phone as you may guess is its capability to project pics, videos, and other media onto walls, ceiling or any some other flat surface via a 15 lumens projector that Samsung says can display pictures up to 50-inches wide. The device has a 5-megapixel integrated camera, and has a 1GHz dual core processor, 8GB of internal memory, plus a 2000mAh battery.

Panasonic named its two new Android handsets ELUGA, an acronym of sorts for “elegant user-oriented gateway,” to symbolize the slim pair of phones that aim to combine both design and function. The electronics manufacturer introduced the ELUGA and ELUGA Power handsets this past week at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, extending the number of Android devices unveiled at the show from the likes of LG, Samsung, HTC, Sony, Viewsonic and Huawei, just to name a few. While most handset manufacturers claim the phone already combines design and functionality, the features on the ELUGA phones measure up. One standout feature: both phones are both waterproof and dustproof, so you can go about your business and not worry about every little spill near your handset. The phones are compliant with the international standard IP57 water and dustproofing standard. You might not want to take either phone for a swim, but the ELUGA line can withstand up to a depth of one meter (3.28-feet) of water for up to one hour. The phones are also protected up to 75 micrometers of dust for a period of up to eight hours. To start with design, the D-shape, slim form factor of the ELUGA is designed not to ruin the line of clothes when in your pocket.

The backside is curved in such a way that you won’t see the telltale rectangular outline through your jeans. In addition to the D-shape chassis, the 7.8 mm (0.31-in) thickness of the phone makes it even more pocket-friendly. The 4.3-inch 960×540 capacitive OLED QHD display takes up 66 percent of the phone’s body. The ELUGA uses near-field communication (NFC) technology to conduct contactless payments such as the Google Wallet. Additional wireless functions include “Swipe and Share” features that let users wirelessly “throw” pictures from phone to a TV or cloud service and stream movies from the ELUGA to a TV. Panasonic built the phone with an 8-megapixel autofocus camera, and 8 GB of integrated memory. A 1 GHz dual-core processor running Android Gingerbread makes it possible to access data and apps quickly. An upgrade to Android Ice Cream Sandwich will be available over the summer. Power is king with this Panasonic handset. The 1800 mAh battery reaches 50 percent of its charge capacity in roughly half an hour; and 80 percent in 57 minutes. The phone is built using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The ELUGA Power offers NFC capabilities for contactless payment. The handset has 8 GB of internal memory and supports an additional 32 GB via a Micro SD card slot. The 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera captures 1080p full HD video and includes auto scene recognition and 8x digital zoom. Details were not given on the power of the front-facing camera. Both the ELUGA and ELUGA Power will be released in Europe in April. The ELUGA is expected to cost between EUR399 and 449 (approx. US$536 – $603), however Panasonic hasn’t announced official pricing.

Mobiado has officially unveiled its second Android touchscreen phone, which was designed together with Aston Martin. The new handset is called Mobiado Grand Touch Aston Martin, and features the car maker’s logo on the back case. Like the previous Mobiado Grand Touch, the Grand Touch Aston Martin is just a Samsung Nexus S dressed in an expensive case. The device’s body is “precision CNC machined” from solid aircraft aluminum, or solid brass with rose / yellow gold – depending on the version. Ebony wood or mother of pearl (MOP) is inserted below the metallic surface. Other materials used include sapphire crystal and stainless steel. All Mobiado Grand Touch Aston Martin models are sold unlocked, and come with quad-band GSM (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) and tri-band HSDPA (900 / 1700 / 2100 MHz) connectivity. As for their other features, these are the regular Nexus S ones, including a 4 inch WVGA display, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 5MP rear camera VGA front-facing camera, 1GHz single-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, and Android Gingerbread.
Mobiado didn’t disclose the price of its Grand Touch Aston Martin, but it’s certainly not a low one.

The Nokia announced the 808 PureView, a smartphone with an astounding 41-megapixel image sensor. The Nokia 808 will be the first smartphone by Nokia to include its new PureView imaging technology, which combines a high-resolution sensor with Carl Zeiss optics and Nokia-developed algorithms. Typically you might want a high megapixel camera in order to take photos that can be printed larger – what makes the Nokia 808 PureView special, however, it what it does with those pixels. The 808 uses a new pixel oversampling technology, that captures seven pixels of information and then condenses those into one single pixel. This reportedly results in an exceptionally sharp photo, and the ability to zoom in on any portion of a 5-megapixel picture without losing clarity in the image. The technology also works on video, so you can shoot a full HD video at 30fps and 4x zoom. Nokia has made some untouched images taken with the camera available online (as a sizable download) so you can get a feel for the quality. In addition to offering a decent lens and large image sensor, the camera also has a few other notable features.

It can capture photos quickly (in less than a second), has a Xenon flash as well as an LED video light for shooting in dark places, and offers integration with services such as GetMe Rated (for having other people rate your photos) and Vimeo, for sharing your videos with the world. Nokia claims the phone can capture audio at CD-like quality, and the handset is also the first smartphone with built-in Dolby Headphone technology, so you can listen to tunes (or your videos) in Dolby Surround sound using any set of stereo headphones. Besides the camera and sound, the rest of the specs for the handset are actually on the low end of things. The Nokia Belle phone has a 4-inch screen with a 640 x 360 resolution, a 1.3Ghz single-core processor, and 512Mb of RAM. The handset comes with 16GB of storage space, but supports microSD expansion up to 32GB. The Nokia 808 PureView is expected to roll out in May for around US$605.

The phone with the futuristic QWERTY keyboard was formerly known as the BlackBerry Knight. The handset will be available from Porsche Design stores later this year and there is speculation that the price tag will be a very Porsche-like $2,000. The device offers solid construction, for one thing with a forged stainless steel frame, leather back, and a sculpted QWERTY keyboard. The model is equipped with a exclusive Porsche Design UI and a Wikitude World Browser augmented reality app. Each unit of the P’9981 gets a premium PIN that allows the user of the device to find another P’9981 user in a crowd. Other specs include a single-core 1.2GHz processor, HD video capture and 8GB of native storage that can be pumped up to 40GB using a microSD card. The phone is NFC enabled and has BlackBerry 7 OS on board. That means the phone has the second-generation WebKit browser and includes the fast and smooth liquid graphics.

BARCELONA, Spain–Stephen Sneeden, product marketing manager for Sony Mobile, told in an interview here at Mobile World Congress that he predicts the company will likely only release quad-core Sony smartphones in early 2013. He does, however, state that this is just his assumption–the company will make the official announcements when it’s ready. “We’re going to join quad-core when we feel that the performance matches the battery efficiency,” he said. “Because right now we don’t feel that is there. What we are going to be doing in the second half of the year is moving to the Cortex A15 architecture, which we feel outperforms the current quad-core architecture. “You’ll see in 2013, as we’re evaluating the quad-core performance where it makes sense, where you’re not suffering in quality and the performance truly is there, and there really is something that demanding applications need,” he contiuned.” That’s when we make the right move to quad-core.”

Sony Mobile has been late to the dual-core party–its first dual-core Xperia S handset was only announced this year, whereas dual-core smartphones have been available since March of last year. Sneeden added that the handsets will most likely either run ST Ericsson’s NovaThor platform or something from Qualcomm. While he did not name any specifics, it’s likely Sony Mobile will use Qualcomm’s dual-core Snapdragon S4 chipset in Q2. Lastly, on the rumors of a PS Vita phone, the exec was understandably vague, stating that cameras and gaming experiences were “core strengths” of the larger Sony corporation and that Sony Mobile would “take advantage of these core strengths,” but it was not making any announcements as yet.
